6. Liability

Yatra Holiday acts as a facilitator for travel services such as hotels, transport, and activities.
We are not responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party service providers.
Guests are advised to take appropriate travel insurance.

7. Health & Safety

Guests are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip.
Any medical expenses during the tour shall be borne by the guest.

8. Force Majeure
